Subject to the terms and conditions below, SEBO (UK) Ltd guarantee domestic machines against manufacturing defects for a period of 5 year for parts and labour. It becomes effective ONLY when the registration is completed within 30 days of purchase.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF GUARANTEE
Before any work can take place, you must supply the machine serial number and the date and place of purchase. Please keep the proof of purchase receipt and a record of the serial number in a safe place to ensure guarantee cover. Work may be chargeable without proof of purchase.This guarantee applies to new SEBO machines bought from authorised UK SEBO retailers only.
All work must be undertaken or authorised by SEBO (UK) Ltd. Unauthorised work involving the removal of any screws will invalidate the guarantee.
The machine must be maintained as per its operating instructions.
Any parts replaced will become the property of SEBO (UK) Ltd.
The guarantee applies to the UK mainland only
The guarantee only covers normal household domestic use in accordance with the operating instructions. For commercial use the guarantee is limited to one year parts and labour.
The use of non-genuine SEBO parts, including (but not limited to) bags, filters and spares can be harmful to the machine and the use of such parts will invalidate the guarantee.
Washing filters and re-using bags can damage the machine and will invalidate the guarantee.
The guarantee commences from the date of purchase.
The SEBO guarantee is non transferable.
SEBO reserve the right to charge a fee if the disposal of a machine is required.
THE GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER
Machines which have not been assembled, used, or maintained in accordance with the operating instructions.
Wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance or any machine which has had the serial number altered, defaced or removed.
Consumable items, including (but not limited to), bags, filters and brush rollers. Mains cables, hoses (excluding electrical hoses), tubes, air belts, base plates or attachments (including turbo brushes and floor nozzles).
Normal maintenance, servicing or the clearing of blockages.Blockage clearing will incur a service charge if carried out by SEBO
Damage caused by external sources such as transit, weather, or proximity to heat, eg fires, ovens, radiators, etc.
Damage caused by liquid intake, builders material or hot material such as ash.
Damage caused by unauthorised work.
Damage caused by the use of carpet cleaners/fresheners not manufactured by SEBO.
Wear and tear caused by carrying upright vacuum cleaners by the handle shaft and not the correct carrying handle.
SEBO (UK) Ltd will not accept liability for any consequential loss or damage whatsoever arising from, or in connection with, this machine.
For Eire & Non-Mainland United Kingdom, the domestic use guarantee period is 2 years for parts and labour.
This guarantee provides benefits which are additional to and do not affect your statutory legal rights.

Where you are ordering goods to be fulfilled by Cleaning Products Ltd the following delivery and returns policy will apply:
We aim to dispatch all orders for items in stock within 1 working day, unless otherwise specified on the product page, and you will receive tracking details for your order once it has been dispatched. All items not in stock should be allowed 7-10 working days for delivery. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We do our best to have your order delivered within 3 working days from dispatch. If you have not received your goods within 7 working days from dispatch, please contact us to check on the status of your delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping times may vary. If you're item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
Delivery Charges

The information below answers our most frequently asked questions for returns and refunds. Please also see our terms and conditions for our full returns policy (section 8, Your rights to end the contract).
What if I do not like an item or have changed my mind and wish to return it?
We’re sure you will be very happy with your product(s), but if the worst should happen, you can easily return it to us for a full refund (excluding any delivery charges incurred). Simply contact us within 30 days of the date you receive your order with details of your order and one of our friendly team will help you with your return. Please note that the goods must be in the original undamaged packaging or sealed container in order to be eligible for return. Also, you will need to cover the cost to return your item(s) to us.
What do I do if an item has arrived damaged?
Our quality team check your order carefully to make sure it's up to our standards and suitably packaged before we dispatch it to you, so damage is very rare. If for any reason a product has arrived damaged, or you have received the wrong product, just contact us within 24 hours of receipt, sending a photo of the issue(s) with the product. We will then either arrange to collect the item(s) from you or ask you to send it back to us, and we’ll either give you a full refund, or send you a replacement.
How can I cancel my order?
If you have a change of heart, which we hope will never happen, you can cancel at any time before your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Simply contact us and we'll cancel your order and give you a full refund.
Once an item has been delivered, you can still cancel your order within 30 days. Please see above for details about returning items to us.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
For security reasons, we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. We will process your refund within 14 days from us receiving your items back in our warehouse. Please allow 5 days for your bank account to be credited.
Sale Items
We do not offer refunds for sale items, unless they are faulty.
This product is low on stock and therefore may take longer to arrive, you can still order this product by closing this popup (using the x above) and adding your item to the basket again.
