Where you are ordering goods to be fulfilled by Cleaning Products Ltd the following delivery and returns policy will apply:
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days, unless otherwise specified on the product page, and you will receive tracking details for your order once it has been dispatched. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We do our best to have your order delivered within 3 working days from dispatch. If you have not received your goods within 7 working days from dispatch, please contact us to check on the status of your delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping times may vary. If you're item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
Delivery Charges
*Please note that some orders may incur a surcharge in addition to the cost of delivery, this is dependant on the nature of the item - bulky, heavy or hazardous goods.
The standard delivery charge is based on the subtotal of the item(s) in your basket after discounts and the relevant delivery charge is applied as per the tables below:

Orders over £100.00 - Free Delivery
