Citrus Gel can be used safely on many spots and stains and is formulated to work on the fibre surface avoiding problems to latex and bitumen backings which commonly occur with other citrus based solvents.

Delivery Charges:
Our delivery charges are based on the subtotal of items in your basket after any discounts. Additional surcharges may apply for bulky, heavy, or hazardous goods.
UK Mainland Deliveries:
Orders £119.99 and under: £7.49 delivery charge
Orders over £120.00: Free delivery
Shipping Methods and Times:
Standard Shipping (via FedEx): All in-stock orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse within 1 working day, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Delivery typically arrives in 1 working day from dispatch.
Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details via FedEx. All Nilfisk orders are shipped directly from Nilfisk via UPS, tracking will be forwarded to your email. You can track your package via the carrier’s tracking portal.
Important Notes:
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.
During peak periods, dispatch may be delayed slightly. We’ll notify you via email or phone if there’s a significant delay.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 3 working days from dispatch, please contact our support team to check its status.
Available to Order:
Items not currently in stock are classified as "available to order" and have specific dispatch and delivery timelines based on the product type:
Vikan Items: Dispatched within 2-3 working days from our UK warehouse via FedEx. Delivery typically arrives in 1 working day after dispatch.
Nilfisk Items: Shipped directly from Nilfisk via UPS and dispatched within 3-5 working days.
Pallets of Paper Products: Shipped directly from our supplier and dispatched within 2-5 working days.
Clover Products: Please allow up to 7 working days for restock to arrive, then dispatched from our UK warehouse via FedEx. Delivery typically arrives in 1 working day after dispatch.
Prochem Products: Please allow up to 5 working days for restock to arrive, then dispatched from our UK warehouse via FedEx. Delivery typically arrives in 1 working day after dispatch.
Craftex/2SAN Products: Please allow up to 7 working days for restock to arrive, then dispatched from our UK warehouse via FedEx. Delivery typically arrives in 1 working day after dispatch.
All Other Brands: If an item is temporarily out of stock but available for order, we’ll notify you of the estimated restock date (typically 5-10 working days). You can place an order at checkout, and we’ll dispatch your order as soon as stock is available.
Note: If you order a mix of in-stock and available-to-order items, we’ll ship all items together once everything is ready. We will contact you via email to offer split shipping if preferred.
Delivery Areas:
We currently ship to all addresses within the UK Mainland, excluding the Scottish Highlands, via FedEx, except for Nilfisk items which use UPS. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, please contact us at sales@cleaningproductstore.com or call 0800 121 4898 to find out the cost. International shipping is not available at this time, but we are exploring options to expand our services. Check back for updates.

What happens if my order is delayed?
Delays are rare, but if they occur, we’ll notify you promptly via email or phone with updated delivery information. If you have concerns, please contact our support team.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched, contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to update the address. Once dispatched, address changes are not possible with FedEx or UPS.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Currently, we only offer standard shipping (1 working day for in-stock items via FedEx). Same-day delivery is not available, but our fast delivery ensures quick arrival.
What if my item is available to order?
Items available to order have specific dispatch timelines: Vikan items take 2-3 working days, Nilfisk items take 3-5 working days, pallets of paper products take 2-5 working days, Clover and Craftex/2SAN products take up to 7 working days for restock, and Prochem products take up to 5 working days for restock. For all other brands, you will be contacted with an accurate lead time.

The information below answers our most frequently asked questions for returns and refunds. Please also see our terms and conditions for our full returns policy (section 8, Your rights to end the contract).
What if I do not like an item or have changed my mind and wish to return it?
We’re sure you will be very happy with your product(s), but if the worst should happen, you can easily return it to us for a full refund (excluding any delivery charges incurred). Simply contact us within 30 days of the date you receive your order with details of your order and one of our friendly team will help you with your return. Please note that the goods must be in the original undamaged packaging or sealed container in order to be eligible for return. Also, you will need to cover the cost to return your item(s) to us.
What do I do if an item has arrived damaged?
Our quality team check your order carefully to make sure it's up to our standards and suitably packaged before we dispatch it to you, so damage is very rare. If for any reason a product has arrived damaged, or you have received the wrong product, just contact us within 24 hours of receipt, sending a photo of the issue(s) with the product. We will then either arrange to collect the item(s) from you or ask you to send it back to us, and we’ll either give you a full refund, or send you a replacement.
How can I cancel my order?
If you have a change of heart, which we hope will never happen, you can cancel at any time before your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Simply contact us and we'll cancel your order and give you a full refund.
Once an item has been delivered, you can still cancel your order within 30 days. Please see above for details about returning items to us.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
For security reasons, we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. We will process your refund within 14 days from us receiving your items back in our warehouse. Please allow 5 days for your bank account to be credited.
Sale Items
We do not offer refunds for sale items, unless they are faulty.
This product is low on stock and therefore may take longer to arrive, you can still order this product by closing this popup (using the x above) and adding your item to the basket again.
