Solvent free hand cleaner with natural scrubbing agents to remove water based lacquers, heavy oil and grease.
Perfume-free and dye-free.
Where to use: For use in industrial environments to effectively remove heavy soiling and dried on food stuffs.
Highly effective patented solvent free formula - Specially formulated to provide the high level of cleaning performance normally associated with solvent based products for general heavy duty cleansing.
Skin Hypoallergenic - Dermatologist tested to verify and confirm this product has very low allergenic potential and is designed for sensitive skin.
Unique surfactant system - An optimised blend of surfactants to create a unique mixed micellar cleaning system which penetrates, lifts and solubilises a wide range of ingrained oil, grease, carbon black, lubricants, water-based lacquers and resins. Minimises re-deposition of soil residue to improve cleaning.
Suitable for food facilities - Product has been independently evaluated and trace amounts of the product are not expected to cause adverse toxicological effects. Food handlers should use product only in accordance with label instructions and product should not come directly into contact with food or items that contain food.
Perfume-free and Dye-free - Designed for people who are sensitive to perfumes and dyes and who prefer products which do not have these added.
Mild preservative - Specially formulated with one of the mildest preservatives to reduce the risk of skin irritation from using this product.
EU Ecolabel Certified - The product is certified to have a reduced environmental impact through its life cycle, from extraction of raw materials through to its production, use and disposal. www.ecolabel.eu
Contains emollients - To help prevent drying, leaving the skin feeling smooth after use.
Contains Astopon? natural scrubbing agent - Astopon? scrubbing agent is produced from refined walnut shell powder, a natural source. It is easily rinsed away, helping to prevent blocked drains and pipes.
Silicone-free - The product will have no adverse effect if in contact with surfaces prior to the application of paint or surface coatings.
Compatible with rubber production processes - Independently tested at the German Institute of Rubber Technology (DIK) and proven to have no negative effect on the vulcanisation process.

Where you are ordering goods to be fulfilled by Cleaning Products Ltd the following delivery and returns policy will apply:
We aim to dispatch all orders for items in stock within 1 working day, unless otherwise specified on the product page, and you will receive tracking details for your order once it has been dispatched. All items not in stock should be allowed 7-10 working days for delivery. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We do our best to have your order delivered within 3 working days from dispatch. If you have not received your goods within 7 working days from dispatch, please contact us to check on the status of your delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping times may vary. If you're item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
Delivery Charges
*Please note that some orders may incur a surcharge in addition to the cost of delivery, this is dependant on the nature of the item - bulky, heavy or hazardous goods.

The information below answers our most frequently asked questions for returns and refunds. Please also see our terms and conditions for our full returns policy (section 8, Your rights to end the contract).
What if I do not like an item or have changed my mind and wish to return it?
We’re sure you will be very happy with your product(s), but if the worst should happen, you can easily return it to us for a full refund (excluding any delivery charges incurred). Simply contact us within 30 days of the date you receive your order with details of your order and one of our friendly team will help you with your return. Please note that the goods must be in the original undamaged packaging or sealed container in order to be eligible for return. Also, you will need to cover the cost to return your item(s) to us.
What do I do if an item has arrived damaged?
Our quality team check your order carefully to make sure it's up to our standards and suitably packaged before we dispatch it to you, so damage is very rare. If for any reason a product has arrived damaged, or you have received the wrong product, just contact us within 24 hours of receipt, sending a photo of the issue(s) with the product. We will then either arrange to collect the item(s) from you or ask you to send it back to us, and we’ll either give you a full refund, or send you a replacement.
How can I cancel my order?
If you have a change of heart, which we hope will never happen, you can cancel at any time before your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Simply contact us and we'll cancel your order and give you a full refund.
Once an item has been delivered, you can still cancel your order within 30 days. Please see above for details about returning items to us.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
For security reasons, we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. We will process your refund within 14 days from us receiving your items back in our warehouse. Please allow 5 days for your bank account to be credited.
Sale Items
We do not offer refunds for sale items, unless they are faulty.
