Product Description


The PS480 is the first manual push sweeper from Viper, offering you a robust and highly productive cleaning solution which is easy to use and available at a competitive price.


The compact design and construction add cost-effectiveness to the well-known Viper quality, as the sweeper is built on a rugged frame, and the brooms are rotated via a belt drive or by a simple two-wheel transmission with very little need for service since no motor, battery or power cord will require your attention.


Details:

  • The compact design makes the Viper PS480 ideal when space is limited and for cleaning in congested areas
  • For most of the time, the sweeper is virtually service free, as it is purely mechanical ? with is no motor, battery or power cord
  • The main broom is adjustable by turning the handle knob. It is driven by a two-wheel transmission, and when  the sweeper is pulled back, the broom will stop rotating
  • To replace the main broom, just unscrew three screws on   each side of it
  • Side broom is belt driven. To increase the tension of the   belt, just move the plate, unscrew two screws on the plate, and adjust as needed
  • To replace the side broom, just unscrew three screws. The 38-litre hopper is very light, and the robust handle makes it easy to empty

Warranty:

Machines are priced with a one year parts warranty. This means that for the first year, any parts which are faulty from factory are covered by warranty. If the faults are deemed user error/neglect, the parts are not covered by warranty. Any labour and travel involved in identifying the fault and repairing it are chargeable. This service is carried out by a Viper engineer and we do not markup these costs. Any battery or charger fittings are very easy to do so in this case you can avoid any call out charges, so long as we can determine the cause of any issue you may have.

That being said, Viper machines are brilliant, reliable and last you a long time providing they are cared for properly:

-Periodically cleaning all working parts of the machine.
-Letting any batteries run almost flat and taking the machine off charge when the batteries are full and not leaving it plugged in.

Where you are ordering goods to be fulfilled by Cleaning Products Ltd the following delivery and returns policy will apply:

We aim to dispatch all orders for items in stock within 1 working day, unless otherwise specified on the product page, and you will receive tracking details for your order once it has been dispatched.  All items not in stock should be allowed 7-10 working days for delivery. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We do our best to have your order delivered within 3 working days from dispatch. If you have not received your goods within 7 working days from dispatch, please contact us to check on the status of your delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping times may vary. If you're item is not in stock, we will back order for you.

Delivery Charges

*Please note that some orders may incur a surcharge in addition to the cost of delivery, this is dependant on the nature of the item - bulky, heavy or hazardous goods.

The information below answers our most frequently asked questions for returns and refunds. Please also see our terms and conditions for our full returns policy (section 8, Your rights to end the contract). 

What if I do not like an item or have changed my mind and wish to return it? 

We’re sure you will be very happy with your product(s), but if the worst should happen, you can easily return it to us for a full refund (excluding any delivery charges incurred). Simply contact us within 30 days of the date you receive your order with details of your order and one of our friendly team will help you with your return. Please note that the goods must be in the original undamaged packaging or sealed container in order to be eligible for return.  Also, you will need to cover the cost to return your item(s) to us. 

What do I do if an item has arrived damaged? 

Our quality team check your order carefully to make sure it's up to our standards and suitably packaged before we dispatch it to you, so damage is very rare. If for any reason a product has arrived damaged, or you have received the wrong product, just contact us within 24 hours of receipt, sending a photo of the issue(s) with the product. We will then either arrange to collect the item(s) from you or ask you to send it back to us, and we’ll either give you a full refund, or send you a replacement.

How can I cancel my order?

If you have a change of heart, which we hope will never happen, you can cancel at any time before your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Simply contact us and we'll cancel your order and give you a full refund.

Once an item has been delivered, you can still cancel your order within 30 days. Please see above for details about returning items to us. 

How long will it take for my refund to be processed? 

For security reasons, we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. We will process your refund within 14 days from us receiving your items back in our warehouse. Please allow 5 days for your bank account to be credited. 

Sale Items

We do not offer refunds for sale items, unless they are faulty.
